I wanted to thank you for the restoration work you and your crew completed in our West Tower quest rooms. The marble entries and bathrooms look wonderful! All of us have been thrilled with the results of your work, even agreeing the stone looks better now than when it was installed.
Rich and Archie were pleasures to work with day in and day out. They were proud to show our staff their procedures to polish the marble. I hope they enjoyed their time here, as it was quite a chore to get through all 149 rooms. It is always exciting to find another organization that recognizes the importance of excellence. I just wanted to send you a note expressing how pleased we are with the work that Archie did at our home this week. He repaired everything on our list and we cannot even tell where the broken marble tile corner was. This stone did not look this good when it was brand new and Archie was so very exacting about everything he did for us. We have seldom been this pleased with workmanship from a vendor as we are with this job.
